Today, Nippon Information Development Co., Ltd. (NID) released AI powered FAQ system “OHGAI”. It enhances Studio Ousia’s NLP technology, allowing users to launch an AI bot just by registering their FAQ.

The most significant feature of OHGAI is that it can not only launch a chat widget, but also launch a bot in Microsoft Teams. This makes it easier for users to use Studio Ousia’s technology to make team communication more efficient. OHGAI plans to release LINE capability soon as well.
